APPLE-RAISIN SAUCE FOR BAKED HAM

Ingredients:
3/4 cup seedless raisins
1 1/2 cups apple juice
2 tsps. sugar
2 tsps. cornstarch
1 1/2 TBLsps. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. ground allspice

Simmer raisins in apple juice. Combine remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly and add to juice. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve piping hot.
