EASY BAKED EGGS

Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 tsps. milk
Salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 4 small baking dishes or custard cups. Break 1 egg into each dish. Add 1 tsp. milk to each dish. Season with salt and pepper. Bake about 15 minutes or until set. For variation you can top eggs with salsa, shredded cheese, chopped ham, minced chives or minced fresh herbs.
