EASY LOW-FAT BEEF GOULASH


Ingredients:
2 lbs lean stew beef
1 large onion
1 (11.5 oz.) can V-8 vegetable juice
1/2 tsp. pepper

Brown meat and onions in nonstick skillet. Add V-8 vegetable juice and pepper. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Good served with noodles. 8 servings. Calories: 277.9 per serving.
