Ingredients: CINNAMON BREAD PUDDING
5 cups cubed cinnamon bread, in 1-inch pieces
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup egg substitute
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups hot skim milkHeat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 3-quart baking dish with vegetable oil cooking spray.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and pudding is set. Serve warm. Serves 8. 2 Grams Fat Per Serving.
