EASY BROCCOLI TARRAGON SOUP

Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli flowerets
1 can (14 1/2 oz.)chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon, crumbled

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook, covered, until broccoli is tender but still bright green. Puree in blender. Chill before serving.
