EASY CHEDDAR CHEESE SAUCE

Ingredients:
1 can (10 3/4 ozs) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/4 cup milk

In 1 quart saucepan, combine soup and milk. Over low heat, heat through, stirring often. Serve over hot cooked vegetables, french fries or omelets.

Cheese Sauce Dijonnaise: Prepare Cheddar cheese sauce as directed above, except add 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard to the soup mixture.
