CHEESE SOUP
Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 stick butter
1 qt milk
1/2 lb. pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1/2 tsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
12 oz. can mixed vegetables, drained
croutonsIn saucepan, over medium heat, make a paste with flour and butter. Slowly add milk; stir. Add remaining ingredients; belend until cheese melts and becomes thick. Serve with croutons on top. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
