HOT CHICKEN SALAD
Ingredients:
2 Cups of Diced Cooked Chicken
2 Cups Of Diced Celery
1/2 Cup Slivered Blanched Almonds
1/2 tsp. Of Salt
1/2 tsp. Grated Onion
2 TBLsps. Of Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Cup Of Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Of Shredded Medium Sharp Yellow Cheese
2/3 Cups Of Broken Potato ChipsMix All Ingredients Except Cheese And Potato Chips
Put Into Shallow Buttered Casserole
Combine Cheese And Potato Chips And Spread Over Top
Bake Uncovered At 375 Oven For 20 Minutes Or Until Hot.
