EASY CORN PUDDING


Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 1/2 TBLsps flour
2 TBLsps. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk or cream
1 (No. 1) can cream-style corn drained
1 (No. 1) can whole kernel corn, drained
Dash of pepper

Mix eggs, flour and sugar with egg beater. Stir in milk(or cream), corn, salt and pepper. Pour into a buttered casserole. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake in a pan of water until firm, 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 4-6 servings.
