COUNTRY-STYLE POTATOES

Ingredients:
2 16 oz. cans new potatoes, drained and sliced
2 TBLsps. margarine or butter, melted
1 tsp. basil
1 medium onion, chopped

Melt margarine or butter in skillet. Add potatoes and basil. Cook until potatoes are lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Add chopped onion and cook a few minutes longer. (Onion should be hot, but still crisp.)
