CRAB CAKES

Ingredients:
1 lb. crab meat
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
1 egg, beaten
1 TBLsp. mayonnaise
1 slice bread
1/4 cup parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
margarine

Soak slice of bread in beaten egg. Pick over crab meat for shells. Add rest of ingredients and mix together. Shape into cakes and brown in margarine.
Serves 4.
