EASY FRIED CHICKEN

Ingredients:
2 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
12-ox. can evaporated milk
1 cup oil
2 cups corn flake cereal crumbs
salt and pepper, to taste

Slice chicken lengthwise to make approximately 3 strips for each breast. Place strips in a large bowl and cover with evaporated milk. Heat oil in a large skillet on high heat approximately 3 minutes until good and hot. Pour corn flake crumbs on a plate, shake excess milk off chicken strips; coat completely in crumbs, place in heated oil. Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides. Turn only once. Drain on paper towels. Salt and pepper to taste.
