GARLIC AND HERB CHEESE RICE
Ingredients:
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can fat-free chicken broth
1 cup instant rice
1 (5 ounce) package light garlic and herb soft spreadable cheese
1/4 tsp. ground pepperBring chicken broth to a boil and gradually stir in rice. Cook rice according to instructions on box. Remove from heat and stir in cheese and pepper until cheese is melted. 4 servings.
