Ingredients: HONEY CARROTS
1 lb. pkg. carrots, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packedCook carrots in small amounts of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain, reserve 1/4 cup of the carrot liquid. Combine reserved liquid, honey, margarine and brown sugar. Stir well and pour over carrots. Cook over low heat until heated thoroughly. Serves 6.
