MARDI GRAS SHRIMP

Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1TBLsp. soy sauce
1 TBLsp. honey
2 TBLsps. lemon juice
2 TBLsps. chopped fresh parsley
2 TBLsps. Creole or Cajun seasoning
Dash of cayenne pepper
1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Mix all ingredients, except shrimp, in a 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Add shrimp and coat it with some sauce. Let it marinate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake until shrimp are cooked, stirring a few times, about 10 minutes. Garish with lemon slices. Serve with crusty bread and a green salad. Makes 4 servings.

Note: This is delicious!!!!! I would, however, double the recipe if you are having more than 3 people.
