Ingredients: MEATBALLS WITH SWEET & SOUR SAUCE
3 or 4 lb. ground beef
grape jelly
ketchup
non-stick vegetable sprayUse large baking sheets that have sides to catch the grease. Vegetable spray the pans well. Roll the ground beef into balls about the size of walnuts and place 2" apart on the sheets. Bake at 450 degrees until brown and done. Drain on paper towels. Keep warm. In a saucepan, heat equal amounts of ketchup and grape jelly until they are blended well. Use toothpicks to dip the meatballs into the sauce. Delicious with any meatball recipe
