BAKED ORANGE ROUGHY

Ingredients:
1 lb. orange roughy fillets
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
2 tsps. dried mustard

Place fillets in large casserole that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Squeeze lemon juice over fillets. Sprinkle dried mustard and tarragon leaves over fish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Calories: 146.7.
