Ingredients: ENGLISH POPOVERS
1 cup milk
7/8 cup unsifted flour
1 TBLsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggsCombine first 4 ingredients. Beat at high speed with electric beater. Add 1 egg and beat 20-30 seconds. Add second egg and beat 20 seconds. Beat mixture another minute. (Don't overbeat.) Grease muffin tins well. Fill cups 2/3 full. Place in cold oven. Turn heat to 425 degrees. Bake for 35 minutes. Great with Roast Beef. Serves 8.
