POTATO CASSEROLE

Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1 can cream chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Crushed cornflakes
2 TBLsps. melted butter

Cook potatoes until tender. Cool, peel, grate or slice, heat 1/4 cup butter with soup. Blend in sour cream, onion and cheese into soup. Stir in potatoes. Place in buttered casserole (2 1/2 qt.). Mix cornflakes and melted butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
