Ingredients: SCALLOP CASSEROLE
6 TBLsps. milk or cream
1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm or homemade bread, cut in cubes
1/2 cup melted butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 lb. or more scallopsMelt the butter and mix with bread. Place scallops in casserole dish, then bread cubes, then scallops. Pour milk over and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
