SCALLOPED CORN
Ingredients:
10 oz. can corn, drained
10 oz. can cream-style corn
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup milk
1 stick of butter, softened
8 oz. box cornbread mixMix all the ingredients together; blending well. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
