Ingredients: HOLIDAY SOFT GINGERBREAD
1/2 cup sugar (white and brown mixed)
1/2 cup shortening
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsps. baking soda, dissolved in 1 cup boiling water
1 cup sorghum molasses
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 cups flour
2 eggs, well beatenMix all ingredients except the eggs, then add them just before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 miutes or until done.
