SOUR CREAM POTATOES


Ingredients:
3/4 stick margarine or butter
12 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
8 potatoes, peeled, cooked and grated
12-ozs. sour cream

In a saucepan, melt margarine or butter and cheese over medium heat. In a large bowl, combine cheese mixture and potatoes; add sour cream. Pour into a 13" X 9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
