STEWED TOMATOES


Ingredients:
4 cups whole tomatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 stick butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
6 baked biscuits

Mix together the tomatoes, sugar, butter, and salt. Crumble the biscuits and add to the mixture. Cover and cook in a saucepan over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Serves 6.
