SWEET & SOUR CABBAGE

Ingredients:
1 TBLsp. butter or margarine
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp. salt
1 medium head red cabbage, shredded (8 cups)
2 apples, cored and diced

Melt butter in large nonstick skillet or stainless steel saucepan over medium heat. Stir in vinegar, honey and salt. Add cabbage and apples; toss well. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 45 to 50 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
