TOMATO SOUP SALAD


Ingredients:
1 can tomato soup
1 pkg. (3 ozs.) lemon jello 1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup diced celery
1/3 cup diced green pepper
1/3 cup minced onion

Heat soup until boiling (add no water), stir in jello and cool. Add mayonnaise and cottage cheese. Chill until consistency of egg white. Add celery, green pepper, and onion. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
Serves 8.
