TOMATO SOUP

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup flour
1 cup water
6 medium tomatoes, peeled quartered and sliced
Parsley 1 1/2 tsps. salt
2 tsps. sugar
2 tsps. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
In pot, cook onion in butter until tender, not brown. Stir in flour, gradually stir in water. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add more water to make less thick if you wish.
