TOMATO CORN CHOWDER

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground chuck
3 cups cubed raw potatoes
3 cups water
1 1/2 tsps. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can drained white corn
4 TBLsps. flour
1 cup milk
2 cups tomato juice
Margarine

Brown beef in a little margarine in a large pan. Drain. Add potatoes, water, salt and pepper. Let simmer until potatoes are done. Blend in corn, tomato juice, and flour dissolved in milk. Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened to the consistency of brunswick stew. Add more thickening, if necessary. Serves 6.
